“Rīgas satiksme” calls on parents of pupils in forms 5 and 10 to replace “Pupil’s e-cards” until September 30
We call on parents of pupils in forms 5 and 10 and pupils themselves to check the validity of ”Pupil’s e-cards” when registering the card in public transport, and replace the card until September 30, because otherwise it will be invalid in Riga public transport after October 1.
To apply for “Pupil’s e-card”, the pupil’s parents have to fill in an application form at www.eriga.lv. The parents or the pupil, if he/she has reached the age of 13, will be able to receive the card in one of ”Rīgas satiksme” customer service centres (please see the addresses here: http://ejuz.lv/lap)/. When receiving the card, you have to present an identity document (a passport or an ID-card) and the old “Pupil’s e-card”.
Because of the heavy workload, queues are likely in customer service centres, so please apply for the visit in advance on the “Rīgas satiksme” website in section “E - services”.
“Pupil’s e-cards” are issued to pupils of Riga’s general educational institutions, as well as to pupils of general educational institutions outside Riga who have declared their residence in Riga.
